With inflation already accelerating, the bigger risk is rising price pressure \u2014 not a sustained weakening in labor demand.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sonola added, &#8220;That makes it much harder to argue for lower interest rates anytime soon.&#8221;<\/p><p>While hiring was robust, wage growth is lagging behind inflation.
